5 Tips for Choosing your Binary Options Broker
So you would want to follow a few guidelines when choosing your Binary Options Platform on which to trade on. Now this is very important as you want a broker and trading platform that suits your needs as a trader. If you like to trade on commodities only, you would want a binary options broker that offers the same. So its best to follow these binary options tips on choosing your broker before deciding and investing.
1) Assets Selection
You need to ensure the binary broker you choose offer trading on the assets you prefer. As an example, I like trading on the USDZAR pair. I would search for a broker and trading platform that offers that. Check reviews and the broker websites to find out which assets they offer to trade.
2) Trading Instruments
Another important tip is to check what trading instruments the binary options broker offers. The most common type of options instruments are call/put, touch/no touch and boundary options but there are also other types of options such as range, pairs and more exotic options. Some brokers freeze assets now and again so they won’t be available for trading. Avoid these brokers please. Since there won’t be any point in trading if the trader is not able to trade based on the market movement.
3) Expiry Time Frames
You need to check up on the expiration times the binary platform offers. Many binary brokers offer expiration time frames from 30 seconds up to days or even months. Word of warning short term options is very risky and you can lose money very fast because of the short time frame. Rather stick to an expiry time frame of at least 15 to 30 minutes. Furthermore some allow you to input the time you would like and some just offer set time frames. So choose according to your trading style and preference.
4) Payout Percentage
This is another important factor. You don't want a broker that pays you only 60% profit on a winning trade when another offers 85%. Granted the other the above points are checked. Choose a broker with a good payout percentage.
5) Binary Options Demo Accounts
Many of the binary options brokers have demos. This is so helpful. Use the demo to see the assets offered, trading instruments, expiration, payouts and basic user interface and mobile apps. When playing around on the demo you will find what platform suits your fancy and then once you happy, you can start live.
The binary brokers on this site checks the above list hence we promote them to make it easier for you, and always remember, regulation is very important.
